Finance and Marketing Assistant
Rhona Dyer
Rhona… in a nutshell
I am very lucky to have two hats. It means I get the experience of working in both Marketing and Finance, two equally diverse and interesting roles. One day I might be processing transactions; another day I’ll be helping with our latest marketing campaigns.
I’ve cycled from John O’Groats to Lands End. It was in 2008, and I did it with two friends in aid of Cancer Research. It took us 10 days and covered 888 miles.
We are an outdoor family. I live with my husband, a self-employed plasterer, in Melksham with my step-daughter and labradoodle. Much of our spare time is spend walking, and visiting other cities and towns.
Lang may your lum reek! This phrase is from my home country, Scotland, and it means ‘long may your chimney burn’. The sentiment is to wish someone to be prosperous enough to always have fuel in their fire. A good thing to wish on anyone, I think!
