Lead Technical Paraplanner
Rebecca Findlay
Rebecca… in a nutshell
I like maths, so there’s nothing better than getting stuck into a pension projection or tax calculation. Ultimately I can then work out how we can help to make a big difference to an individual’s circumstances, both now and in the future.
As a paraplanner, it’s important to have a really good rapport with our advisers. On any given day we might be overseeing the planning we provide on a client’s NHS Pension, analysing a client’s financial position in order to assist the advisers with their planning meetings, or producing financial planning documents. We’re two teams but really it’s two sides of the same coin.
I once chose to run a 100k race for fun. Life has changed quite a bit in the last couple of years though – moving back to Norfolk, getting married, having two little ones, renovating two houses, and getting involved with our local church.
Life is very full in the day-to-day. But I’ll always find the time to bake, sow seeds and dance like no one is watching.
