Diane… in a nutshell

In the Client Services we take great pride in providing a high level of support to the Paraplanning Team. I’m lucky in that both teams are a great bunch of people who are always supportive and kind.

I love the variety of my work. A normal day could include assisting with Annual Reviews and Financial Life Plans, processing and tracking of new business, liaising with product providers and clients and helping with the training of new admin staff members.          

My first ever full-time job was working as a Flight-Rep at Gatwick Airport! I moved into Financial Services as my hours were drastically cut during the winter seasons.

I live within walking distance of work and have two daughters who enjoy hopping on a plane with me to venture on foreign holidays, although I am trying to encourage them to explore some of the beautiful places we have in the UK. I grew up in Sussex, not far from the coast and love being by the sea (I still miss it every day).

I have a Basset Hound (called Angel) who is like my third child. I actually ferry her around more than my kids now as she suffers from severe separation anxiety.
