Claire… in a nutshell
I have been working at Montgomery Charles since 2008 and today, I’m proud to manage an amazing team. We all have the same ethos in terms of helping our clients ‘get more life out of life’ and it is a pleasure to see how their journey with us evolves, and how they accomplish their aim and dreams.
Client Services very much works hand-in-hand with our brilliant Paraplanners – together, we work to give clients the highest standard of service. My week can include ensuring tasks around annual review packs, new business and onboarding new clients are completed to a high standard; training staff; managing the overall workflow; working on strategy with CEO Mike – and much else besides.
My mantra is to ‘live for today, as tomorrow may never come’. I think that’s why we travel a lot as a family – we enjoy making new memories together, but we’re also making the most of the here and now.
Weekends for me usually consist of being ‘mum taxi’. Between my two teenage daughters, I spend a lot of time shuttling around Trowbridge, where we live, and beyond. When I’m not doing that, it’s all about Sunday Roasts, fitting in some country walks, and one of Joe Wicks’ Bodycoach classes!
My dream would be to build my own home. I love interior design and I am always browsing the internet for design inspirations.
