Stuart… in a nutshell

Understanding how clients think is a key part of what makes my role so interesting and rewarding. When you gain that understanding, that’s the real secret in helping clients reach their goals.

Life outside of work is hectic with three young children! When I am not ferrying my children to and from after-school clubs, I relax by taking long walks, spending time at my local cricket club and attending Bristol Bears rugby games.

My motto is: surround yourself with people with whom you enjoy spending time with. It will make life a lot less stressful.

I was once an extra in the TV show Casualty when I was young…and then spent part of my working career actually taking patients to A&E!
