It is the central selling point of the business, and this is backed up by the personal and professional qualities of our adviser, CEO Mike Marigold, and his staff. Contact with staff, in person and by telephone or email, is always excellent, prompt and pleasant. Everyone is really nice and friendly.
Mike is a very personable person with great enthusiasm which is infectious. He has a friendly personality and takes a genuine interest in us and our life, and tailors his advice and suggestions to both of our financial situation and our goals in life. This approach to looking after clients is far superior and different to that of any other financial advisers we have had in the past.
The level of professionalism is excellent and it is clear that a lot of work and expertise by Mike and his staff is involved in our annual reviews. We don’t know how we would have coped without his excellent advice and acumen in sorting out our pensions, which is such a complicated field nowadays.
This has given us reassurance about our financial position for our retirement years, which subsequently gives us invaluable peace of mind. Mike also gave good advice to Malcolm in the sale of his dental practice and subsequent investments, and put him in contact with a solicitor with experience of dental practice sales.
The annual review of one’s financial affairs is of inestimable value and is appreciated. This is always in-depth and geared to our lifestyle and personal goals, which do change over the years. The annual meeting with Mike is enjoyable and we always look forward to it. The subsequent report is prompt and clearly set out and follow-up reminders are helpful too.
